This morning I did something really stupid. I deleted my www.flickr.com account. So to the best of my knowledge I have lost everything that I put up there.
That has been tons of work and now I am mourning the loss. I am in contact with flickr to see if they can somehow recover my deleted account.
So, until further notice my flickr photography will be unavailable.

As a Minnesota based photographer and artist I have been greatly influenced by the Upper Midwest. I focus my skills and energies on portraits, landscapes, cityscapes, architectural and fine art work.
My best work comes from images first painted in my mind. I mull over a prospective image for weeks or months, seeing it from different angles and perspectives, then finally deciding what to capture. The result is images that deeply touch people's emotions and powerfully evoke memories and dreams.
My images are used commercially by companies and organizations ranging from Financial Services firms, mom and pop Ice Cream shops and The Basilica of St Mary to communicate their shared vision and values. Book and magazine publishers have featured my images on their covers. My photographs also grace and enhance the decor of many fine homes.
WAYNE! I am praying that by the time you read this it will be back. I know how much work and care went into it….it would be horrible to lose it all. But you still have the photos somewhere else right????

Whoa, i stopped by for a Happy Thanksgiving and now I wanna cry for you. BE STRONG AND OF GOOD COURAGE! Thank God the beautiful places haven’t been obliterated. Seems everything is fragile these days. You are very talented, Wayne. Flickr, I pray, will be able to get them. My son just did the same thing to his Yahoo where his fantasy football league was. He was winning! I’ll ask if he got that back…when he wakes up, LATER!

I am quite peaceful actually. But I am rebuilding.
I do have the pictures so I will be able to rebuild….
Needless to say I did a backup of my system today…
