May 26, 2005 (Atlanta) — Going to church is good for your mental health. A new survey of nearly 37,000 men and women shows that people who regularly attend church, synagogue, or other religious services are less likely to suffer from depression and other psychiatric illnesses than those who don’t

God wants us in community and worshiping him for a reason.

    i am ging to take it a step further – and venture a guess that having sex regularly will improve mental health — not regular sex — but sec regularly

    Actually Chester in a weird so of way you are actually correct, having sex is indeed great for mental health but I don’t think it is the type of sex that you are talking about. Monogamous, heterosexual, married sex creates the best mental health.

    hi wayne, i am all for marrieds having sex — and i am all for having sex with marrieds! seriously, i agree — sex within the a loving committed relationship where you can truly share intimacy and trust such as marriage is what we should strive for — It is what i want. Have a good night
