Liberal Washington Post columnist Tina Brown is indicative of some in the mainstream media (MSM) that are starting to get it (See her recent article "Death by Error"). But, while she is starting to understand the changing nature of the information world, she seems to have a note of doom or despair in her comments.
The Newsweek imbroglio, coming on the heels of the plagiarism epidemic in newspapers and the CBS National Guard fiasco, is another sharp sciatica pain in the media psyche, but unlike those other reputation-wreckers, this one comes with a body count.
My hope and prayer is that as she and others come to see the utter chaos that liberal thought wreaks on society, that she may seek the one and only transcendent truth that can be found in Jesus Christ. With that one source of truth, liberals can start to make decisions based on that one truth, not man’s changing opinions.
