WASHINGTON - Sen. Mark Dayton said Wednesday he will vote against Condoleezza Rice's nomination for secretary of state, because he said she "misled" the Senate on Iraq.

Keep in mind this was the same man that closed his office in Washington DC for fear of Terrorist Threat. H was the man cowering in fear when we needed a leader. And we Minnesotians elected him.

The Bush administration continues to say "there is no legal prohibition under the [Geneva] Convention Against Torture on cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment with respect to aliens overseas." Is that Christian? It is not, and it can not be justified. Why don't you talk of this instead of whining about poor Sen Dayton? You can not justify practices that contravene fundamental American standards. Your political stands contravene, directly, your religious beleifs.
