A few days about I was browsing a few blogs and I ran across one that was publishing reports that the United States had used chemical weapons of mass destruction in the battle for Fallugia in Iraq. The story was basically saying that we used phosphorous bombs that burned people similar to what you would have seen in the jungles of Vietnam.
Needless to say, their definition of chemical weapons of mass destruction was totally wrong. All weapons have some kind of chemical make up and a phosphorous bomb is not a weapon of mass destruction. And ignore that in these battles there is no true differentiation between soldier and civilian. Civilians are going to get injured in these types of battles in a city.
But now we have the 3 car bombings in Jordan that was going specifically after civilians using the tool of terror to try to bring Jordan back into the dark ages like the rest of the Islamic countries. The question is, will these blogs that spew this anti-America hatred say anything about this targeting of civilians?
I think not.
