Yes the theory of Darwinian Evolution is still on trial and it appears that those that are concerned with the weaknesses of the theory have had another victory.

Responding to a lawsuit, the California Academy of Sciences published a letter by leading Darwinist educator Eugenie C. Scott retracting her false claims against a parent-activist who wants to change how a state school district teaches evolution.
The academy agreed to publish Scott’s letter and one by Caldwell in the summer edition of its California Wild magazine.

If you want your children to learn intelligent design, and to not “beleive” in evolution, fine, but don’t try and impose your medieval religious beliefs on everyone else, okay?
Darwinian evolution is a bankrupt theory and if you still believe it you obviously have not been paying attention. Even evolutionists, the people that study this stuff don’t believe it anymore. They have mostly moved on to the theory of punctuated equilibrium, but that does not stop them from teaching our children this crap in our government schools. That is because Darwinian evolution is useful in their religion of secular humanism.
